BAYERN MUNICH ARE CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE FOR THE SIXTH TIME

BAYERN MUNICH CROWNED CONQUERERS OF EUROPE FOR 2019/20 CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SEASON.

Bayern Munich have been crowned as the champions of Europe for the sixth time after beating Paris Saint Germain by one goal to nil (1-0).

The only goal of the game was scored in the 59th minute by 24 year Bayern forward and French international, Kingsley Koman to sink the Ligue 1 Champions.

Kingsley Koman had been sidelined for a significant part of the season but did an incredible job coming on as was corroborated by Sergi Gnabry, "He came in and for him to score that goal after being out for a couple of games injured it's incredible."

With their 1-0 win over PSG in Lisbon, Bayern successfully completed the treble by also winning the German Bundesliga and the German cup.

Thomas Mueller had a great match just like his entire season linking up with the prolific Polish finisher Robert Lewandowski who finished as Champions league top scorer this season with 15 goals.

Alfonso Davies also became the first Canadian to lift the champions at the age of 19 years having being born in a refugee camp in Ghana after his parents fled a civil war in his native Liberia.

The German champions scored 43 times as they won all eleven games along the way to lifting the trophy.

There were also yellow cards for Alfonso Davies, Sergi Gnabry, Niklas Suele, Tomas Mueller for Bayern and Parades, Neymar da Silva Jr., Chelsea-bound Thiago Silva and Larvin Kurzawa.
